Since setting up PR42 two years ago, we’ve worked incredibly hard to deliver results on behalf of our clients and contacts. As a relatively new and small agency, it’s vital we go above and beyond.

And being a smaller agency, which is hungry to succeed, unquestionably has its advantages – so with our know-how and the lessons we’ve learnt from our clients along the way about what they like (and don’t like) about PR agencies, we’re making the following pledges:

  • You will always speak to and correspond with the most senior members of the PR42 team. They may be supported by someone else, but our senior team will always be your immediate point of contact. We know first-hand how frustrating it is to deal with a senior person from a PR agency at the start of an agreement, and then rarely hear from them until it’s contract renewal time
  • We do what we say we’re going to do. This is so important, and yet so often overlooked. When we make a promise, we stick to it. We’re accountable, always give out our direct contact details, and you won’t need to chase us
  • Our charges are cost-effective and transparent. We’re not the most expensive, because we can see some pricing is excessive. And we’re not the cheapest, because we go above and beyond to do the best possible job. You get a great service, at a great price, and we will actively demonstrate your PR ROI.   • We make a difference. We’re not just here to make up the numbers or be your token agency. You’ll see clear, tangible results that directly benefit your organisation. From helping with brand exposure, to generating enquiries, to making sales, you can rely on us

A good reputation is hard to earn and easy to lose. We’ve built up our reputation using these principles on behalf of our clients, and will unsure they underpin everything we do – always!
